Lunch specials are offered every day.  A lunch menu is sent home at the beginning of each month.  Lunch is free for all students at this time. Lunch includes an entree, vegetables, and milk or juice.  Alternate lunches are also available, such as a bagel with cheese.

  • Free/reduced price lunch forms are distributed the first week of school.  Learn more about applying for free lunch and download the form here in English or Spanish.  Re-certification is needed each September.
  • Please write your child's name on their lunch box or brown bag if you send a lunch to school
  • If your child forgets his lunch, we will first try to contact you.  If that is unsuccessful, your child will be provided school lunch.
  • Student behavior at school should be consistent with the behavior you expect at your table at home.  Behavior such as yelling, food throwing, etc., is not appropriate
  • Please do not send toys to lunch or recess

For added convenience, you can purchase lunch for your child in advance!  You can start with any number of lunches.  Just multiply the school lunch price by the number of days you want to provide your child with a balanced, healthful school lunch.  Send in a check made payable to "Port Chester School Lunch Fund" with your child and have him/her give it to the cafeteria staff.  You will be notified via your child (verbally) when additional money is needed on your child's account.
